McLean, VA; Oxnard, CA – QinetiQ North America has completed its acquisition of ITS Corporation (ITS), a leading provider of IT services and solutions to U.S. Government agencies. The acquisition of ITS amplifies QinetiQ's North American growth strategy, further expanding the company’s information technology business with the federal government.

ITS joins the other QinetiQ North America subsidiaries; Apogen Technologies, Foster-Miller, Planning Systems, Inc., Analex Corp., and Westar Aerospace & Defense Group, in providing world-class technology and responsive solutions to the U.S. Government.

This acquisition adds important new customer relationships and capabilities in the areas of information technology, engineering, and professional services and solutions.  "With more than 30 years of experience and established relationships with 25 federal agencies, ITS is an excellent addition to the QinetiQ North America business," said Duane Andrews, QinetiQ North America's Chief Executive Officer.
