Arlington, Va. - I.T.S. Corporation (ITS), a leading provider of information technology and engineering solutions to the U.S. government, announced today that the U.S. Department of the Interior’s GovWorks Federal Acquisition Center has exercised the first year’s option of its acquisition support services contract with the California-based company. The option was exercised for the ceiling amount of $3.6 million and tasks ITS to provide contract specialists, procurement analysts, acquisition administration and acquisition quality control support.

The ITS Acquisition Management business unit will continue to oversee the contract, which will be managed from Arlington, Va. YRCI, located in Fairfax, Va., will aid ITS as a strategic teaming partner for recruiting acquisition candidates.
ITS also provides similar services to the Federal Communications Commission, the General Services Administration, and the Department of Agriculture.
