OXNARD, CA — For an unprecedented seventh consecutive year, ITS Corporation, a leading provider of information technology and engineering solutions to the U.S. government, has been rated #1 in overall performance and customer satisfaction among 10 prime contractors on the General Services Administration (GSA) ANSWER contract. With this latest award, ITS continues its streak of having earned the top honor every year since the contract was awarded in 1999.
The ANSWER contract is a 10-year, $25 billion worldwide contract for federally funded information technology projects currently held by ITS, General Dynamics/Anteon Corp., Booz Allen Hamilton, Computer Sciences Corp., CSC Systems & Solutions LLC (DynCorp), CACI/Information Systems Support, L-3 Government Services (EER), Northrop Grumman IT, Science Applications International Corp. and TASC, Inc.
The overall level of service provided on the ANSWER Contract in 2005-2006 was rated at 4.54 out of a possible 5.0, with 4.0 being considered “Very Satisfied” and 5.0 being “Extremely Satisfied”. In this highly competitive environment, ITS’ overall average score of 4.85 set a very high standard. Additionally ITS ranked highest in each of the quality of service, business relations (responsiveness), timeliness of service, total project cost, technical capabilities, cooperation, recommendation for future, effort and overall satisfaction.
The FY 2005-2006 past performance satisfaction ratings are based on a GSA survey of several hundred customer project managers and information technology managers who manage task order contracts awarded under the ANSWER contract.
