SEATTLE, WA — ITS Corporation, a provider of information technology and engineering solutions to the U.S. government, has been awarded a task order to provide IT support for Ft. Lewis’ Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The U.S. Army Engineer District out of Seattle, WA, issued the task order to ITS to help with the maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure and facilities at Ft. Lewis. The task order, awarded through ITS’ GSA Schedule 70 contract, is worth more than $6.7 million.
The key tasks associated with the task order include support for geographic information systems, network administration, help desk, database administration, computer-aided design, programming services, data analysis and Web development.
“DPW, Fort Lewis needed a support team that understands its mission and has the range of capabilities required to meet its demands,” said Lara Fries, ITS group vice president for enterprise technology. “Our well-earned reputation for exceeding customer expectations demonstrates that ITS is a reliable partner for DPW.”
The task order was a re-compete win for ITS, which has provided ongoing database management and administrative support to DPW, Ft. Lewis since 2004.
